When a photographer is hired for a work assignment a Service Agreement can be used to specify the terms and conditions for the assignment. This agreement may cover any important issues the parties wish to have in writing, including: location, time, type of equipment to be used, payment options, accommodations for the photographer, etc. A Service Agreement also confirms that the photographer is working as a contractor and not as an employee.
