Storage today is at a premium and you may need to get extra storage space. Storage Lease Agreement is an agreement between the owner (the owner) of a storage space or possibly a company that specializes in leasing storage and the person (the lessee) who needs such storage space for the lease of storage space. A Storage Lease Agreement works very much like a house or apartment lease with the lessee paying a monthly rent for the space. A month-to-month lease means that either party may terminate the lease by giving the appropriate notice.  This agreement may include such information and/or clauses such as:Lease Term – Lease Payments – Security Deposits – Possession and Return of Keys – Use of Premises – Default – Alterations, Repairs or Improvements – Maintenance Find Month to Month Storage Lease Agreements and other Landlord & Tenant forms by clicking here.
