What are Confirmation, Change Order and Certificate & Consent Contracts?

A written agreement/contract that establishes and confirms that an Agreement between two parties will remain valid and continue to exist after there has been a change in ownership of one party. The written document can help the parties avoid numerous future problems and/or misunderstandings regarding this issue. A change order relating to a contract establishes that both parties agree to the changes and also establishes additional charges if agreed to by both parties.
