A notice of default is a notification given to a borrower advising him or her that they have not made their payments by the agreed-upon deadline. It states that if the money owed (plus an additional legal fee if necessary) is not paid in a given time, the lender may choose to foreclose on the borrower’s property. Anyone else, such as a co-borrower or co-signer, who may be affected by the forclosure may also receive a copy of the notification.Find Notice of Default Packages by clicking here.
