Various notices used to fulfill contractual obligations.
Many contacts require that parties to the agreement transmit important contractual information to one another through the use of more formal written communications. These communications are often referred to as "Notices." Even when not contractually required, it is a good idea to use Notices rather than relying informal communication because they establish a written record of the communication in the even that a dispute does arise.

- Notice of Breach - this is usaully sent by the non-breaching party. If the contract includes a correction period, that clock will begin running upon the breaching party's reception of the Notice.
- Notice of Termination - Sent if a party is electing to terminate the agreement early or simply choosing not to renew an agreement that is set to end.
