Ending a contract can be as important as entering one. Sometimes business or legal relationships entered into for the best reasons may not work or naturally come to an end of their usefulness. In these cases, a definitive end to the contract is best.

Contract Termination and Recission documents should include the following:

• Clear identification of the original contact;
• Reference to the termination provision in the original contract; and
• Fulfillment of any requirements as set out in that provision.
