Free Service Agreement (HVAC Subcontractor)
This HVAC Subcontractor Agreement is between a contractor and a subcontractor who is hired to perform heating, venting or air conditioning services on a residence or commercial building. This subcontractor agreement sets out the terms of the arrangement including the scope of the work, job location and the days and hours the work can be performed. Warranty and Indemnity: Sets out any warranty the subcontractor gives for materials and workmanship;
Term/Termination: Sets out the commencement date and options if either party wishes to terminate the agreement;
Signature: The contractor and subcontractor must sign the agreement.
