This Agreement to Employ Auctioneer sets forth the complete agreement between a seller and an auctioneer who will conduct an auction in order to sell goods or products of the seller that are governed by the Uniform Commercial Code. This comprehensive agreement sets forth the date, time and location of the auction and a detailed list of the property to be sold at auction.
