This Building Maintenance Agreement is between an owner, business partner and a contractor who will perform maintenance services on a building. This agreement sets forth the specific services to be performed, which party will furnish labor and materials and the hours in which the contractor may work. It also sets forth the insurance requirements the contractor must maintain and how much contractor will be paid for the maintenance services.
