This Demolition Agreement is a contract between a property owner and a contractor for the demolishing of buildings or structures. This agreement contains: i) a detailed description of the property and structures to be demolished; ii) dates of commencement and expected completion of the demolition; iii) party who will obtain all permits and licenses (including payment of fees); and iv) how much the contractor will be paid for the project.
It also sets forth how materials and debris from the demolition will be removed and that contractor will maintain all necessary insurance for the project, with the owner named as an additional insured party. Under this agreement the demolition contractor is considered an independent contractor and agrees to holder the owner harmless from any accidents, injuries or deaths suffered as a result of the demolition.

- Signatures: Both contractor and owner must sign this agreement.
