Reconciliation Agreement

This Reconciliation Agreement is between a husband and wife who have previously entered into a Separation Agreement and now desire to reconcile (this form is not to be used for couples that are divorced). This agreement sets forth the names of both husband and wife, their current addresses and that each party voluntarily enters into this agreement after receiving advice from counsel. It also spells out where the parties were married and date of the marriage, effective date of the Separation Agreement, that the parties are not divorced and date the parties reconciled.
This agreement can be used to completely or partially revoke the existing Separation Agreement. In order to clarify this agreement, the separate and co-owned properties of the husband and wife are identified in detail.

- Property: Specifies the properties which will be owned separately and those which will be co-owned;
- Signatures: Husband and wife must sign the agreement in order for it to be effective.
