This Right of First Refusal to Purchase is between the owner of goods and an individual who desires to purchase the item. This agreement sets forth the owner's right to sale the item after it has given the purchaser the first right to refuse. It also sets out the specific terms including a description of the goods being sold and that once an offer is received, the purchaser has a set amount of days in which to purchase the property. It is important that this agreement be set out in writing and not via oral agreement.
